Wendy Badger is an experienced chief compliance officer, attorney and ethics professional with a focused history of building, restructuring, enhancing and sustaining highly-functioning ethics programs and compliance management systems. She has experience in legal, regulatory and corporate compliance, privacy, security, ethics and compliance investigations, risk management and mitigation, policy and procedure management, quality assurance, and training and development. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) who has received numerous awards, certifications and designations throughout her 20 plus-year career in compliance. Wendy currently serves as Global Compliance Counsel for Tennant Corporation, headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota where she oversees the enterprise-wide ethics and compliance programs.
