About our speaker: Kathy Harrell-Lathan is the President of the Contingent Plan. The Contingent Plan specializes in breaking down the technology barrier to finding and filling jobs. She brings a depth of expertise in talent acquisition, outplacement, and coaching. Kathy leverages those insights to help people navigate their career decisions at every level of their career- from new grad to senior level executives. She also works with employers across the US to fill their open compliance, legal and risk management roles. Kathy received her BA from the University of Iowa and her juris doctor from the Mitchell Hamline College of Law.
